Bicycles: easily rented for a fair price right from the hotel with easy access behind the building Breakfast: Fresh fruit, variety of breads, hearty fare, comfortable seating with lovely view of the woods Staff: helped us with concerns Room: balcony with tranquil view of the woods Transportation: between the bicycle rental & the island buses, we were fine without a car Bar: pleasant, relaxing atmosphere, bartenders made us feel welcome Spa: a great way to end the day; enjoyed that massage chair & saunas

Staff Attentive but understaffed; often one person wore multiple hats and seemed pressured to handle everything. Room A number of things did not function in room 47: one bedside lamp, locking mechanism of balcony door, room telephone. We reported all of it but our stay was short so nothing was repaired...nor were we offered a different room. Breakfast We didn't realize at first that each room is assigned a specific dining table. It would be helpful to have instructions in English in the room folder or verbal directions upon entering the dining room.
