beaucoup de surprises à l'arrivée, parking payant ce qui n'était pas signalé sur l'annonce, pas de restaurant alors qu'annoncé , un grand escalier pour accéder aux chambres difficile pour personne à mobilité réduite et des rapports humains désastreux

Super netter Service, die traumhafte Lage, ein umfangreiches leckeres Fruestueck und die Atmosphäre im Haus ist wundervoll. Es hat Stil!!!! Man fühlt sich in eine früher Zeit versetzt.

Расположение отличное, вид из окна шикарный. Остров Святой Стефан прям перед вами. Хороший бассейн внутри. Отличный завтрак. Любезный персонал. Около Стефана гулять или купаться или дальше в соседних бухточках - очень красиво.

Номер очень средний, еле-еле на 3*, на фото посимпатичнее выглядит. Были в конце сезона, гостей практически не было, стоянка перед отелем пустая, но почему-то платная даже для гостей, это очень странно и неудобно. Администратор рассказал где можно поставить машину бесплатно, это выше по улице, ходить за авто тяжело. Пляж внизу у отеля не очень ухоженный, возможно, не сезон.

Wie schon vorher geschrieben habe, nach lange sehr unbequeme Fahrt vor dem geschlossenen Hotel bin ich abgefahren um andere Hotel zu finden

Einfahrt zu Hotel sehr schlecht beschrieben, plötzlich die Straße führ zu einer Rampe, ich musste weiterfahren, ein Auto hat mich bedrängt, Rampe ging auf zu Parkgelende, ich habe gedreht und sofort raus zurück zu fahren und dafür habe ich 4 Euro bezahlt. Suchte weiter nach Hotel Azimut, ein Mann an der Straße sagte mir wo hin ich weiter fahren soll. In diese Straße angekommen, sehr eng, war nicht möglich Auto zu parken, alle Parkfelder mit einem Metal forsten nicht zugänglich. Also, lasse ich Auto an der Straße um Hotel Eingang zu finden. Leider die Restaurant Terasse geschlossen, kein Mensch war da, kein Licht, keine Sessel, einfach” tot” ich fragte mich, ich schaute nach wie kann ich zum Eingan, aber niemand war da, nichts beschrieb. Bin im Auto zurück und zu drehen, leider kein Kehrplatz, überall die Metal sperren an Parkplätzen. Ich war sehr froh das ich keine Autoschaden gemacht habe. Nach weiteren Eingang Suche ohne Erfolg bin ich weggefahren. Als ich das per Telefon Reteptionistin mitgeteilt habe, sie sagte das Sie über Kamera das ganze für mich unangenehme Situation, gesehen hat, war für mich zu viel. Hätte sie helfen können? Total enttäuscht, bin ich abgereist, es war schon 17:00 Uhr um eine andere Hotel zu suchen!?

I rated it a 10 on everything because I really believe that they deserve a 10 on each one of those. It was an amazing place and I can’t even explain how wonderful the staff is. Dali was incredible and helpful and kind she was outstanding all the way around !! Next morning went to breakfast at 10 stars and the breakfast plus some hats off to the chef and once again what great service from Marvfo. Sorry mine spelled the name wrong. He was detailed about everything and making sure U got everything you needed. This Hotel is very lucky to have two employees like them.

I wish I had known that it was really hard to walk there from where the bus drop you off at the top. It’s not far but very difficult. If you have luggage had a little trouble getting a taxi first one wasn’t that great charge me a lot for four minutes to get there by car but the second gentleman that the Hotel actually called for me. He was great and I would hundred percent get him. I saved his card and it’s just a heads up, especially if you’re a solo traveler. Not really the properties fault I just wanted travelers to be aware.
