Het was geen boutique hotel maar een break and breakfast zonder breakfast

The room was nice, with nice chairs and table, and coffee and tea facilities.

The bathroom was not separated enough from the room. And the shower didn’t work properly.

I found out when I arrived that I could not pay my bill using my credit card. This should be made clear at time of booking. The "bung.me" link they sent included option to pay by credit card but failed every time. The only other option given was a bank transfer. To their credit the hotel has responded sympathetically to this problem when I notified them and offered a solution. I would have scored the "facilities" question higher but for this.

The host was very kind and welcoming. The room is big with balcony. I got my keys in the morning, which meant that I could go on meetings without worrying what time I will need to get back.

The room I stayed in does not have a proper wall between the bed and the bathroom, only a small 1m high wall. So if I have guests over they cannot use the bathroom without me leaving the room.

I liked the location and the quality of the room

I did not like that the bathroom was not isolated from the bedroom. A small 1m wall is not a wall. If I would have stayed with a partner, then I'm not sure that she would be comfortable listening in of what I'm doing. WiFi signal was quite poor and the speed was not that great, but it's good that they had free WiFi. It's a shame that the hotel does not provide or have an option for breakfast.

Friendly staff. Sufficient comfort

The room was equipped with amenities that made my stay comfortable. Clean and quiet room, good internet, coffee tea/facilities, grocery and bakery nearby.
