DEThe property is cockroach infested and urgently needs to address it.
The hotel have cockroach infestations. My hotel room had lots of roaches. The one lady at the breakfast serving was rude and unwilling to help. They had drinks in the room which they never mentioned to us was for purchase and my kid touched them and it was billed to us by forced. Also we booked this hotel so my kid can swim just to be sent by staff to the pool that they know is not functional. My kid was crying there dissapointed that we were not told pool was broken.
INBeing the Hotel is situated at one of the best locations in Dakar. Small- small development in existing rooms can upgrade comfort level for customer.
