Very nice hotel recommended to all

Supper hotel in centar of Kochani with excellent restorant

Room, location

The second night we chose to have dinner at the hotel. We had two local guests. It was very tough conversation with the waiters starting with noplaces available, where to have seat and so on... The "top moment"was at 23:00 when all lights in the restaurant went down so we had to pay our bill in deep dark. The staff invite us to be moved to the lobby area so we continue for one more hour there. We have never occured such a rude and insolent behaviour against customers in my life. We will never forget it.

GOOD BREAKFAST DESPITE EATING IT AMONGST UNCLEARED TABLES FROM THE PREVIOUS NIGHT'S PARTY.

Modern hotel, very taste food and helpfull staff. The woman in recepción was great.

Each room has a kettle with tea/coffee making facilities. But both tea bags and coffee, sugar, were not available. Non-smoking rooms, yet there was a very strong smell of smoke.

The location is perfect. The staff are wonderful, especially the lovely receptionist who could not be more helpful, she is an asset to the hotel, alway friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and really good size shower. The best hotel in Kocani:)

The cleaning staff were a bit loud in the morning. Apart from that everything was great. There is a kettle in each room with coffee making facilities, it would be great if a couple of teabags could also be included.
