Kemudahan air di tandas kdg tidak keluar Kebersihan penapis aircond jgn lupa ya.. Sarapan serba sedikit blh di upgrade. Mngkin terlepas pandang tag tempat2 zon larangan merokok. Tapi Alhamdulillah semuanya ok.. Tidur pun selesa, bersih. Staff2 pun layanan yg baik.

About facility, the facility is very unsatisfactory because the first is in terms of using the elevator on the main route, it is very slow and you have to wait for a turn, even if you only use one elevator, try to increase it to many more, why do you have to use the stairs initiative if it is called a hotel? secondly, for drinking water such as coway they are damaged and I have reported it but no action is taken, what if it affects other guests who have small children who need hot water to make milk or the like, already the water heater is not provided. very disappointed with their service but hope to fix it thanks

The property inside and outside very good..for those wanna a nice view this place is not suitable, but for staying for a while is good enough.

One of the staff is being rude. Even his mouth not rudely spoken but the way u serve customers by smashing a thing is not good for me.. only one staff like this.. for the property is very good and nice design.
