Dari aspek kebersihan, bilik sangat kemas Dan bersih. karpet tidak berbau hapak, toiletries disediakan dengan baik. bagi restaurant pula, makanan sedap Dan servis juga bagus, bagi seseorang yang mempunyai Salah seorg family yang agak memilih makanan,makanan di hotel raia menepati citarasanya. namun bagi memantapkan lagi servis restaurant, saya mencadangkan agar servis boleh dipercepatkan Dan lebih uniformity (portion makanan sentiasa sama , tidak berbeza )

CHGrossartiges Frühstück. Kein Wunsch bleibt unerfüllt. Man kann auch untertags etwas zu essen aus der Küche haben und auch die Roomservice Karte bietet eine gute Auswahl. Die meisten Punkte bekommt das Personal. Hilfsbereit, freundlich und verständnisvoll.
Der unterkühlte Speisesaal. Das Essen ist im Nu kalt. Man kann nicht zu Fuss zum Flughafen, obwohl er gerade gegenüber vom Hotel ist.
