The monkeys need to go - it’s unacceptable to have monkeys in a tiny cage (or any cage). There is no reason for this

Room was huge! They're able to accommodate a late check-in, and the staff in reception was very friendly. It was a good option for a 1 night considering we had an early flight the next day.

Structure is dated for the price they charge. $118 for a night with the structure offered, for El Salvador, I think it's over priced. The restaurant closes at 8PM! We got there at 9 and there was nothing to eat, close by is just a small and simple restaurant. If you go like us (late check-in and early check-out) make sure to eat before and don't expect to have breakfast there.

Location near the airport

No lights on the swimming pool No breakfast until 7 am, although other restaurants near the airport offer breakfast starting at 3 am

Big room , many beds. Big hotel space

The AConditioning was defective ,and the AC controller was blurred, so not a lot to do. The hot shower was intermittently hot and scarce. The restaurant at night is overcome by mosquitos. The hotel has a big gorgeous space, but need some improvements. Can't talk about the pools.

Late check in was accommodated, good breakfast, comfortable room (and huge).

I wouldn’t stay here again after seeing the monkeys in the cages. As an animal caretaker, it really broke my heart. Absolutely unnecessary.
