Grande Fjord Hotel

Location was tops. Good room amenities and restaurant was great.

The friendly staff, the fantastic fjord view, the jacuzzi, the great dinner at the restaurant.

It’s a 27min walk from the cruise terminal and town center. The hotel runs shuttle van but not very frequently. You need to ask for the schedule and book it in advance. We missed a 3pm shuttle van and were told has to wait for the 5pm shuttle. There are very few or none taxis and no uber. We manage to catch a public bus for locals that runs every few hours and pay quite some to get to the hotel.

Perfect location, very helpful staff, the best breakfast buffet ever, and gorgeous views on the fjord

ארוחת בוקר נראת מגוונת אבל די מחושבת ,ביצים קרות,קפא לא טעים ואת המעפים חתכו כל אחד ל4 🤭….. לא אהבנו גם את ארוחת הערב

Waanzinnig mooi uitzicht van onze kamer op het fjord, goed ontbijt, heerlijke spa, leuke rondleiding en tasting in de distillery, diner met wine pairing zeer goed al is de kaart beperkt. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid al was het soms wel even zoeken en manoeuvreren. Rustige ligging op een idyllische plek.

Beetje zachte bedden en jammer dat bij de distillery wel geadverteerd werd met whisky maar die nog niet beschikbaar was(over 2 jaar pas)

Very limited food options, especially for vegetarians. The vibe/culture felt very sophisticated and cold, lacks personal touch.
