the room is not worth for the money we spent. the main door is difficult to open, the bathroom door make a bad noise everytime opened or closed. request for changing room, but got room that have no window like previous room, which i think not fair since the price is not same.

The room clean. Staff was friendly.

Comment for the bathroom. The water in the bathroom is slow to go out and, causing the water to stagnate and flooded. Hope can solve the problem. Hope can add more variety of food even not too many customer checked in. Anything. Okay.

Everything was dirty and dusty and alot of insect droppings in the room. Very unsatisfied, asked the hotel management to clean up the room but the room was still dirty and dusty. Did not changed the sheets like I asked, they just made the room tidier and nothing else. Very disappointed. Would like a refund.

Customer service so bad. No towel in room. I ask towel 2 times to come. Not refill mineral water although I stay 3 days
