Beds really comfortable, high quality sheets, big screen TV with lots of channels.

None of the walls are soundproofed! Fairly new construction and went high end but didn't soundproof the walls! It was very noisy in the hallways and can hear people in the rooms. Also the balcony is a joke, so small , boring view, in the direct sun all day and no smoking allowed on the balcony! 5000 baht fine posted right there. The key is a key card . I lost mine the first night totally by accident innocently, and they wanted to charge me 200 baht to replace it! I was totally unaware of that rule. The front desk made me very upset and uncomfortable about it. It's a pretty fancy hotel , foreigner owned, rich , the bar crowd putting on the high class , snobby attitude.
