Rent hotell med god beliggenhet nært Trondheim Værnes flyplass.

Rommet var svært kaldt under hele oppholdet. Det var ikke mulig å få varme på rommet, da klimaanlegget kun blåste kald eller vanlig luft uten oppvarming. Dette gjorde oppholdet lite komfortabelt, spesielt på kalde dager. Personalet i restauranten/baren var verken høflige eller hjelpsomme. Ved en anledning nektet de å ta imot bestillingen min kl. 22:20, selv om restaurantens oppgitte stengetid var kl. 22:30. Jeg opplevde dette som skuffende og uprofesjonelt, siden jeg kom før stengetid og forventet å kunne bestille mat. Jeg vil samtidig fremheve at personalet i resepsjonen var hyggelige, profesjonelle og hjelpsomme.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room is big, very silent and the internet speed is great. The location is very convenient next to the airport. Breakfast is very good and complete.

There is room for improvement in the quality of the food at the restaurant.
