Comfortable, but room rather compact. Cafe across the road under ame ownership served good evening meals.

A pity no breakfast available from the cafe.

The location is great. The building is in a very convenient location across from the cafe where we met the owner to check in. We had a late check in due to the time our ferry came in and it was no problem to walk over and we were greeted and given info for our room. They were very nice and let us keep our suitcases hidden away for a few hours. We also spent some time in the cafe during our stay which was nice. The room was very clean and had everything you needed. We very much appreciated the tea and coffee provided! Bed is very comfortable and the shower was splendid.

Our room said it had "heated floors" for heating. Unfortunately there were no instructions that were available and the floors were definitely not heated during our stay. It was a bit chilly in the room. We did check in late and were only staying for one night so we did not contact anyone for help since we were exhausted and wanted to sleep.

The guesthouse is in a perfect location close to the harbor and within walking distance once you get off the ferry. It is also very close to the main supermarket. Perfect proximity for whale watching tours. The smart TV is a nice touch to be able to stream shows in the evening time when unwinding.

The kettle was not working in my room - it would have been nice to be able to enjoy the complimentary tea bags that were provided. All in all a good stay!

The location is amazing. And included some facilities for cooking and food prep. Great value. Really clean and plenty of space.

The room temperature was difficult to control. Beds a bit too soft (feel like I'm being picky)

The guest house was amazing, perfect for our trip. So close to the whale watching tour we did. The staff couldn't have been more helpful even with our delayed flight. Facilities were great, too, had everything we needed to make our own food. Pa hornett kafe across the road also delicious hot chocolate and coffee for after our excursion.

There was nothing we didn't like about pa hornet guest house.
