no basket inside 1 room. Need to throw rubbish's at pantry outside. toilet bowl is not clean enough.

"nice stay for 1 day. a bit uncomfortable if staying more than that with kids but if alone is ok"

bed - comfort, no back ached water heater - help my kids get a hot shower hair dryer - help me dry my hair and my kids hair been provided with 2 water bottle been provided with 2 packs of 3 in coffee aik cheong got astro enjoy channel as the tv line got a toothbrush and toothpaste been providing body shower cream

no bidet far to get hot water - not remember coway or cockoo (at ground floor) room - small ( when open the door, door hit the bed)

Guest must take off their shoes before entering the hotel and wear some dirty shoes at the receptions. This is the first time i experience a hotel that need to take off our shoes before entering. One can easily catch some bugs from the dirty shoes, I done want to catch "Hong Kong" foot from it.
