Great hotel in a good location with friendly staff and rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Everything was good.

Comfortable bed, balcony with good view of the valley and mountains in the distance. Also great rooftop area for watching the sunrise. Nice breakfast and dinner. Friendly and helpful staff, arranged our taxi for onward journey. Close to the start of the nature and panoramic walking trails. Also situated close to several shops, coffee shops and restaurants.

The doors were all locked when we wanted to leave very early to go hiking to see the sunrise. We couldn't get out so best to tell the staff the night before. The twin bedroom was quite small.

You had to tell them before you take a shower to switch the hot water on, the staff could smile a bit more, the owner is a little pushy always asking to go somewhere in his taxi, be aware they charge 3% surcharge on visa transactions, we asked for the room to be cleaned but all they did was change the towels.

Tuvimos un inconveniente personal y requerimos ayuda del hotel y gerente, el Sr Guman nos dio toda ayuda y contención para llegar a una solución. Estamos súper agradecidos y recomendamos absolutamente el hotel. Las habitaciones son grandes, súper limpias y el personal en su totalidad es súper amable. Nuevamente muchas gracias por todo.

Claramente no es un cuatro estrellas, dista bastante de serlo. El baño tenía olor.
