Hotel Himalayan Glacier

Lovely room, bathroom, balcony. Comfortable bed. Really clean. Views breathtaking from balcony or rooftop. The proprietor, manager, staff could not have been more helpful or welcoming. We organised treks from the hotel with their help. Surrita not only looked after us in the hotel but also on treks. I would highly recommend!

- Super lovely, friendly and helpful staff who really want you to have a good stay - Amazing views of the Himalayas from the room balcony and from the hotel rooftop - Great location in Nagarkot - Decent hot shower in the ensuite bathroom - The Nepali buffet dinner was nice - One of the hotel staff drove us to Kathmandu airport at the end of our stay for $35 equiv

- Although the hotel accepts card payments, this incurs a 3% charge which isn't mentioned on booking.com (however there are 2 ATMs in Nagarkot so we were able to pay with cash) - We could hear the guests in the room above us and beside us sometimes through the ceiling and wall (though it was festival time in Nepal, so the hotel was understandably quite busy with families!)

Breakfast is nice. Location is center of town soconvenient to commute. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The view of Himalaya was breathtaking even in raining season we got the glimpse of the view luckily!

Toiletaries could be better

I felt like the room was overcharged as compared to the facility.
