Really dirty the pool not clean and the room really smelly😩. Laundry suppose give to customer free cez the charge of room really expensive not suitable with the condition.

The room has an unpleasant odor/smell and many small insects and baby cockroach, which is affecting comfort and hygiene I kindly request management to give good service else no one will come for second time .
