Location and staff were good.

AC was not working, food quality is not satisfactory

Завтрак приятный шведский стол. Фрукты овощи. Сосиски, Яйца, напитки, мюсли и все такое. Кофе машина очень современная. Зачёт! Чайник в номере и каждый день приветственная бутылка фирменной воды 0.5л. Чайные пакетики всегда в наличии. Кондиционер во всех комнатах - очень актуально

Всегда есть что улучшить. Двери в душевую испорчены постоянной влагой, что ожидаемо. Некоторые розетки не работают или работаю плохо. Особенно с нашими европейскими вилками.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience overall. It has a lift to your room. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with fresh linens and a modern, comfortable design that made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The price was very reasonable for the quality and comfort provided, offering great value for money. The location was ideal — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others and will come back again when I am back in Kathmandu.

Nothing to complain about.

I'm a repeat guest at Hotel Elegant and had another lovely stay. The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great buffet breakfast with freshly brewed homemade coffee ☕️ and respectful young barista 🙂. Perfect location with easy access to trekking gear stores, ATMs, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and public transportation. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was impressed by the numerous amenities, including complimentary parking, newly installed elevator, incredibly fast internet that made working remotely a breeze, and the added layer of security provided by the strategically placed cameras throughout the premises, all of which make it an establishment I would strongly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable and secure place to stay in Kathmandu.

I had a frustrating experience with the hotel's airport shuttle service. They didn't have a representative at the exit point, and I had to wait almost an hour for a mini van, not the private car I booked. If you're a solo traveler, I'd recommend taking a taxi from the stand instead. It'll cost you between Rs800 to Rs1000 to get to Thamel, but be careful of taxi scammers at the airport.

Fantastisk personale. Vi blev hentet fra bus stationen og leveret til lufthavnen af hotellet. Vi havde 3 overnatninger og beliggenheden ind i en lukket gård gjorde at der var roligt og behageligt. Der er også hyggelig udendørs balkon som er hyggelig. Lækker morgenmad. Kan på det varmeste anbefale dette hotel.

Sehr ruhige Lage, trotzdem mittendrin

Très bien placé, calme, bien plus moderne que l'hôtel voisin où j'ai aussi séjourné. Personnel très sympathique et professionnel.
