The staff was suuuper kind. The breakfast was good and the location is good too with restaurants nearby and sightseeing points only minutes away by car

The hotel rooms are not very clean, not very comfortable, old furniture

Het was schoon. Bad/kamer ruim. Goede douche. En de locatie. Medewerker aan de balie is echt behulpzaam en gaf ons echt goede tips om te doen na Sur. Erg behulpzaam, vriendelijk en lief.

Dat er geen lift aanwezig is, met bagage naar boven dragen is toch een dingetje. Gelukkig is het personeel galant genoeg, maar dan nog.

"Nothing very special"

Basic hotel close to the center of Sur; the room was a bit small, the bathroom wasn't so good (the shower was pratically on the WC...) and the conditioner was noisy and pointing directly on our bed, thus causing cold and few comfort. The hotel served an extremely basic breakfast, then we decided to have it elsewhere.

Bathroom, conditioner; building an elevator would be really helpful.
