Very limited food and it took an age for the pizza to arrive . Also no food in an evening, had to go into town

Beautiful hotel and rooms, good massage and great to have a pool in Trang. Comfy bed, good shower and nice size room. We were able to check in early too which we always appreciate. If check out had gone smoothly I would have given this a ten.

At check out the lady at reception insisted we pay for a soft drink that we hadn't actually had. I tried Google translate to explain but she was really insistent and implied we were lying. We paid - it was only 15 baht, which almost makes the situation even more annoying. Unprofessional, rude and very 'un Thai'. Until then we'd been planning to return for a few nights next year so that staff member cost the business any repeat booking. And since we received that treatment I'll also mention what we were going to let slide - VERY loud music carried from another property until midnight both nights we stayed. We used earplugs to sleep.

Very clean, comfortable and good location.

Even though situated very close to a main road the “alley” it’s on is not well lit at night.
