"Terrible experience. It shouldn’t appear as an alternative on Booking."

The service. The lady at the reception was absolutely unhelpful and unpleasant. After checking her system for a while, she said I had no reservation. I showed her my Booking number and she told me I didn’t have a reservation to my name. So, I just left. I didn’t want to stay there.

me cobraron extra no era de acorde a lo que se pago no dejaron dormir

nada el tv no funciono bien los trabajadores llegaron en la madrugada haciendo ruidos despues habian siempre gente limpiando el mismo cuarto y con una anciana q me tocaba la puerta el manager manoseando ha una empleada un anciano con una jovencita , total un desastre todo

"Really great option to stay in Lima."

The location was perfect, and the room was clean.

The price we had to pay was more than what we expected. He made us pay 15-20 dollars more than we were supposed to pay, due the conversion US Dollars to Peruvian Soles. It was suppose to be 1 USD = 3.3 Peruvian Soles And he made us pay 1 USD = 3.00 US Dollars. Other than that, it was everything good there.
