big atmospheric hotel which looks like a tourists hub with a lot of rooms. hypermarket nearby. it was possible to park a motorcycle inside. clean. can recommend

Very clean and very well located

Location was great, just next to the Puno Central Market, and behind one of the squares of the center of Puno! Room is nice, clean, big and well organized! Also the bathroom was quite clean!

Because I had a very good price, due to Booking Genius, they refused to give me my free Genius breakfast! Just the first day they gave me a very poor and disappointing breakfast (bread with just one slice or Mortadela, and the other bread just one small slice of cheese! Also, for the same reason, the administrator was quite rude when was time to pay for the accommodation! Was a really uncomfortable situation, and again, it’s just because they said that Booking gave me too cheap price! What, obviously, it has nothing to do with me! The son of the administrator was nice guy!

No toilet seat.

Very close to Puno Railway Station and Main Square. Host was pleasant. Made breakfast early so I could catch the train in time.

The shower took a long time to heat up and no heater I the room - cold during July Internet signal & TV connection was weak - often dropping out

I got a single room with an own bathroom. The owner/reception was very nice.. The bed was comfortable and there is a little desk in the room.

The room was cold because there is no sun heating the building up (in between a lot of buildings) and no heating. The two nights I spent there it had degree Celsius around zero so it was not comfortable to sit in the room. For sleeping all good. Breakfast was very basic.
