"Buena atención"

Buena atención del personal, nos recomendaron un buen sitio para lavar la ropa y nos dieron información de las termas de la zona. Con aparcamiento para aparcar la camioneta que teníamos. La habitación muy cómoda. Buen desayuno.

El agua caliente no era caliente, nos dijeron que tardaba en salir pero por mucho que esperamos nunca salió caliente.

"Mucho frío pero cama cómoda"

Ubicación, cama cómoda y personal amable

Hacía mucho frío, las ventanas son finísimas y solo nos daban un pequeño calefactor y la ducha está mal diseñada por lo que inunda todo el suelo del baño

"Spartanian conditions for a colca trip"

The hotel was right at the place to meet with the tour guide, the staff was very helpful especially when we needed a doctor for the altitude sickness. Breakfast was just ok for what was needed to have an early morning.

The water was so cold that it was impossible to take shower, the toilet also flushed with many efforts.
