Equipe atenciosa. Hotel bem localizado. Café da manhã servido bem cedinho e com variedade. Estávamos em oito e providenciaram os quartos como pedimos. Tudo foi muito bom.

A localização do GPS não está correta. Como é um pequeno pueblo, as pessoas nas ruas nos indicaram o local. Povo atencioso.

"Limpieza nula"

La cama.

En cuanto a la limpieza, nosotros personalmente nos encontramos el baño sucio, con pelos, y sinceramente para lo que pagamos para solo una noche no merece la pena, aunque sea que tengan en cuenta la asepsia ya que este pueblo está solo de tránsito para llegar al machu picchu y si encima no cuidan al detalle la limpieza es una pena ya que la estancia no se disfruta.

"No era lo que esperábamos."

El personal era lo más agradable.

Llegamos al hotel y nos dieron una habitación con el inodoro roto (perdía agua), lo comunicamos al personal y enseguida nos cambiaron a otra habitación. La nueva habitación estaba sucia, había insectos y no teníamos toallas (tuvimos que reclamarlas). Al día siguiente subimos a desayunar y no quedaba prácticamente nada de comida, tuvimos que apañarnos con lo que había porque no lo iban a reponer. El personal era agradable, pero la experiencia general muy mala.

"Para hospedagem curta"

Café normal, poucas opções de produtos.

Quarto tinha a janela de frente para uma parede. No hotel, na chegada não estava disponivel, tive que deixar as malas e voltar depois.
