I liked the location and the setting, it is nicely decorated and taken care of. The staff is outstanding, serviced-oriented, extremely professional. I also loved the possibility of having a good diner in the evenings after our trekking.

Great staff.. reception team was great and help a lot with all the requirements! Also big thank you to Sr Angel who is so nice and caring with all the guests; comfortable room, clean and new

Very cold.. but the staff was so nice to bring a heater for me and also turn on the heater in the lobby every time i was there.. i guess is a cultural thing.. but for people coming in a city at 3000m , and being cold, it can be a bit tricky…
