Very clean, with basic amenities. Great shower and water pressure. There was no hot water available in the sink in the evenings, but that was a minor inconvenience. It was a short walk into the town square. There is no elevator, which was not a problem for me. There is some construction noise which can be masked by the air conditioner for the most part. I would definitely stay again.
