Me encantó la energía de la hacienda y el trato de todos los trabajadores. Fueron muy amables y serviciales de principio a fin. Me ayudaron con mucha amabilidad y prontitud en todos mis requerimientos.

Cómo en todos los hoteles, los televisores son antiguos y no pude tener acceso a YouTube o Netflix

El servicio en los restaurantes. No se presentaban en la mesa antes de entregarte la carta. Se demoraban mucho en entregar los platos y no explicaban el motivo de la demora
