NOTHING.....I want to make it clear that I have no complaints about the staff members I've been in contact with, but for everything else: run away!

We arrived at the place, on the 3 in may 2026 for 2 nights and immediately there were the administrative formalities... Then the cash payment of 2600 baht. I was surprised by the amount, but I didn't have my reservation confirmation with me. Once in the room, after some Wi-Fi problems, I was able to retrieve my reservation, which was clearly for 1700 baht. So, apart from the 300 baht deposit for returning the keys, there was still 600 baht I didnot understand. I spoke with a receptionist: "There are three of you, we've provided a small extra bed which costs 300 baht per night, so you owe 600 baht for two nights."... I disputed the need for the extra bed, and ironically, according to the receptionist, this building only has one room for three people, yet the contract states that a child's stay is free... Bravo for the irony... Therefore, I am requesting a refund of the 600 baht, which constitutes a scam, a... Scam.... And I sent an email, probably through Booking.com.....No response as of May 6, 2026...... Furthermore, you should know that when you enter this so-called "apartment," there's furniture but nothing in it...total emptiness, not even a kettle....no plates, no bowls, no cups, no cutlery....And I don't even notice the presence of toiletries or toilet paper...a minima for 2 personnes "Strange concept of the layout." Empty furniture....My Thai wife had to go down to reception the next day to get the bare minimum for three people.....and when we were leaving, we realized the microwave was broken....two hours to replace it..... Who do the owners of this kind of place think they're fooling???? For your information, I am very capable of spreading negative publicity about this kind of place. I intend to contact Booking.com regarding this 600 baht issue...
