A localização é excelente e os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos.

Café da manhã com pouca variedade e ficamos no quarto em frente onde era servido então logo cedo ouvíamos barulho das louças e do movimento na cozinha o que atrapalhou um pouco nosso sono.

The location of the hotel is the biggest highlight. You are seconds from standing in Plaza de Armas and within walking distance of so many highlights in Cusco. The staff were friendly and mostly helpful. Breakfast was great and more than substantial.

Our room was on the ground floor of the hotel. Our room had two windows, one in the main bedroom that opened directly into the walkway inside the hotel, the other in the bathroom opening directly into the street. Neither had fly screen. We struggled to sleep because of the noise, people outside and inside the hotel corridors, yelling and loud talking late into the night

- Breakfast is served based on menu options that you have to choose and is prepared, so it might take more time to have breakfast vs. a continental breakfast - No amenities - Despite great location, it is super close to the mains square which is always busy with lots of activities, and when there is music, can hear from the room

It would be great if they provided hair dryer. It was so cold that you need a hairdryer after shower
