"Super adoramos o hotel! Equipe maravilhosa e localização fantástica."

A localização é ótima, equipe super atenciosa. Ficamos em Cusco, fomos a Machu Picchu e regressamos ao hotel para segunda estadia. Deixamos as malas ali. O café da manhã também é bom!

Poderia ter mais apoio no banheiro para produtos e toalhas.

El mejor desayuno que he tenido en toda mi vida en un hotel, de verdad la presentación y el sabor fueron fenomenales! En recepción muy buen trato y muy amable el muchacho venezolano. Excelente ubicación

Lo único que se podría mencionar o mejorar es que para subir a las habitaciones hay que subir muchas gradas lo cual no es muy amigable cuando uno se esta adaptando a la altura, sería bueno mencionarlo por si algún huésped tiene alguna discapacidad o impedimento de subirlas

A localização foi o melhor.

O café da manhã simplesmente é péssima, sem contar que tínhamos um passeio no dia seguinte bem cedo, eles arrumaram o café para nós (ponto positivo), porém, como o passeio atrasou para sair, nós disseram que não podíamos mais ir tomar café no hotel, embora ainda estivéssemos lá. O chuveiro de noite não aqueceu!
