"Chambre très correcte - grand lit - manque d’animation pour les activités"

L,emplacement de l’hôtel -le ponton, la plage,les transats en nombre suffisants - piscine -espacés verts entretenus - la propreté de la chambre.

Le wifi instable voire insuffisant - le service à table au restaurant - trop rapide - semble désorganisé(exemple : plats arrivants avant les cocktails, bouteilles d’eau non servis malgré la demande, pas d’animation proposé la journée et manque d’information sur les activités possibles

La plage de l’hôtel est mignonne et le personnel plutôt sympathique contrairement à de très nombreux commentaires lus.

L’hôtel est très sombre, les chambres sont vieillottes et sentent l’humidité. Le plus désagréable : le transfert hôtel aéroport facturé à prix d’or pour être dans un bus bétaillère à touristes

"Beautiful Royal Bora Bora"

Upon arrival the staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean, tidy and have a lot of space. The restaurant suited all dietary, the cocktails are amazing. The cultural night is very entertaining and the food is magnificent and to top it off the private beach/pool was a treat. Very close to the local shop that has all your needs or a short stroll (1km) walk to Matira where the beach is great and the fresh French rolls and pastries are on demand! Would stay there again and recommend it to all.
