By accident I took a room with no A/C, I asked for an upgrade and they told be the charge that was not expensive than offered by booking.com. The hotel was empty (just me and another room) and they still did not want to offer an room change. Also, they have been texting me 2 days before my arrival that the ferries are cancelled due to bad weather and they offer me free cancellation or change of dates. I told them that I want to wait to see it the ferries are indeed cancelled - eventually all was according to schedule. I think that due to the very low occupancy, they just wanted me not to come. They also told me about different opening hours of the restaurant. I did not feel very welcome.

I liked the hotel itself. It's got spacious and elegant rooms for the whole family's accomodation. The staff were nice and pleasant. My mom had an accident while climbing the stair and it was good that she was attended to immediately by the medical staff. Breakfast was good and served quickly. The infinity pool is good addition and the view from the top is breathtaking.

What disappointed me was that the climb up the steep location on the hill was not revealed on the description of the hotel. Had I known it beforehand, I would not booked there because of my mother who could barely walk. There are no facilities to climb up safely and comfortably especially for my mom. We had to climb up with our luggages and somebody with a weak heart would most likely not make it. The stairs did not have railings also so it wasn't safe.

We liked everything. The structure and the rooms were as you can see by the pictures, the view was amazing. But, the best part was the staff, always kind and available. Thanks to everyone!
