mababait ang mga staff in all fairness...

pero may mali sa payment ilan beses nako nag book using booking.com. at yung ibibigay na price syo is all in na kasama na tax and everything para maconfirm ang booking nyo. so upon check in nagbayad kme kung anu yung total amount na nasa booking nmen so nag stay kme for 2nights amounting of 4,100+ pero nung mag check out na kme siningil kme ng tax DAW hndi DAW kasi kasama sa binayaran nmen yung TAX anu yon?kaya nag bayad kme ulit ng additional 496pesos!!! please explain. booking.com red doors and isabelita hotel!
