They only have privacy for rooms and toilets. Each room has individual bathrooms. Free drinking water, hand soap, and television. Water in bathrooms is in adequate amount.

They don't have regular housekeeping. I can't access wifi. The bed seems weak. Mirrors beside the bedroom instead of the bathroom—no frequent changes of towels. Hard to find transportation late at night. Didn't inform me if I could let my baggage stay at the front desk and charged 300 pesos per hour for late pack up.

Staff wasnt helpful. They received the wrong booking and basically told us there's nothing they can't do. We travelled from baguio and some from urdaneta There's 10 of us and 3 kids under 3. Booked a family room and 3 standard room. 2 rooms smells so bad like someone pee all over the room. Staff was very unhappy and not welcoming at all. Everytime we walked in we didn't feel welcomed at all.

Price is good. Bed is fairly comfy.

TV useless, bathroom door kept locking us out and took ages to open - should be replaced. Full of ants from day 1, tiny room, and they never paid towards rent! Joking aside, some very poor customer service, was nearly overcharged three times and hotel didn't look after room properly. Despite paying in advance, was told twice to pack before.leaving day and was charged twice, including online despite being'pay at property'.. Most staff clueless. I've used reddorz many times over last 15 years and, although this cheap, easily the worst.

It's Reddorz! It's clean and great value for money

Employee who has clearly not got a clue, made my life difficult from the start, ignored my messages to combine bookings, tried to charge me double for my stay and ignored my explanations. I have had to prove my bookings over and over again. I am not getting clean linen nor clean towels and my request for this is ignored. I don't see language as an excuse - this to me seems deliberate as it's on many occasions now. Either this employee is dishonest or she should be gainfully employed. I've used reddorz many times over the years and this employee is the worst I have come across. The room is full of ants but hey, they are harmless.
