Location, staff & breakfast

The aircon was not working properly, the maintenance fixed it after we reported it but the room was still warm. There was also issue in the shower, water did not drain easily/properly.

One of the best breakfasts I've had at a Philippines hotel. Friendly staff and a comfortable room for a reasonable price. The hotel is also close to restaurants if you want to order delivery or go get a bite to eat outside the hotel.

No real issues to report.

The staff is very helpful and kind.

Bathroom floors were slippery, no hot water, no hair dryer in the executive suite, beddings smell musty, constant noise coming from the bathroom.
