"Lobby and food meet expectation. But the condition of carpet and smell was very disappointing."

Breakfast buffet was excellent

Carpet in the hallway was stained, dingy and unpleasant odor where room was located. Very little toilet paper left. Guest should not have to call house keeping upon first entering the room. On last day the toilet flush was not closing well… had to giggle it.

Room was big and can fit 4 adults. Breakfast and Lunch Buffet is also top notch and would recommend to everyone. Location is nice and is near Starbucks and other establishments (CDC)

We cannot adjust the aircon's temp and the room was hot. (Even though the Engineering Team already serviced the Aircon at our Unit) We felt discriminated by the staff as if it is foreigners they would hesitate to ask them to change their slippers during breakfast service (Flipflops)
