We enjoyed staying there so far.

The elevator can only go up to the fifth floor of the sixth floor, where the receptionist directed us. Due to the fact that we were there for almost a week, our luggage is pretty large. We find it difficult to use the stairs because of our luggage, and no one offered to assist us. We were aware that there were no available rooms on the first through fifth floors when we checked in, but we asked to be moved if any rooms became available on the lower floors; unfortunately, we received no response, leaving us with no choice but to remain on the sixth level until we checked out. Additionally, they didn't change the towels and sheets every day. We used the same beddings/towels until we checked out.

The Check out Staff - Friendly

No toilet paper No cable 24hrs Found one huge rat on the Ground Floor. The check in Staff refused to drop 1 large heavy suitcase to be delivered to the room while it was specifically on my instructions upon checking on online.

Almost no space to walk. No table for stuff Not so comfortable to stay

Hot water, bed is good.

Noisy street, light in CR not working and need work on detailings.
