Hotel is small and clean, trendy design and friendly staff. I didn't realised the lady staff who on duty sunday about 9.30am, she was sweeping the floor at lobby but she over heard me and my friend discussed where to have hatyai fried chicken. She then give us a few suggestion and explain why she chooses that.

Parking slightly small and narrow but still acceptable if other user park their vehicle nicely.

Ligging en ruime kamers.

Warm water valt steeds weg en men is erg argwanend. Ligt lijst op kamer met prijs van alles. Bij vertrek eerst uitgebreide controle van de kamer.

Clean, cozy and helpful friendly staffs.

Don't have a cupboard to store cloths.

ini adalah penginapan kali ke 3 dan pilihan utama keluarga saya jika ke Hatyai. Staff yang sangat mesra, lokasi yang strategik. bilik yang bersih & selesa. sya sangat berterima kasih kepada staff yang sangat membantu sepanjang penginapan kami di Casa 33. pasti akan kembali lagi...oh ya...kucing diatas piano!!

- kawasan letak kereta yang terhad - tiada sarapan halal disediakan (patut dipertimbangkan memandangkan sekarang kebanyakan tetamu adalah muslim) - nyamuk!!

We loved the concept and the decor of Casa 33. It was totally different from your other hotels. The open reception area was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were more than ready to help us with all our needs. Location wise, short drive away from all the tourist attractions. Room could accommodate a family of 5. Beds were comfortable. Great experience.

Parking was a bit difficult as was limited in the hotel grounds. Road side parking during the day was very limited, Only later at night we managed to get roadside parking in front of the hotel. The hotel did have personnel to look over our cars during the night though.
