Why give a door key when after locking it you could open it just by turning the knobb outside? The owner made entrepreneur beginners error being shortshigtedly greedy when I requested van transport for next morning from hotel to Victoria port by asking for it PHP 5.000 with hotels own van, which I accepted for certain reason. Exactly same day 2023 I PHP 1.400 for equal private trip Catarman Airport to Allen port :D So the happy hotel chap charged 3,57 times more than normal :D :D. That behavior will result in short time win, long time loss. Experience of 50 years in business.

Nice service minded personnel. Balcony for smoking was convenient. Restaurant had excellent and cheap food.

No elevator. No tissues (kleenex etc) in the room. Fridge/freezer wasn’t working. (Got a replacement within a few hours.) No cleaning during stay. Air condition only in bedroom. No couch. Electric safe wasn’t working. No window (except for one into an outside staircase) Water dispensers in common areas weren’t connected for cooling.

No double beds in a hotel, even it was booked as two double beds. Staff asked for room key to be left behind if we wanted to go out fir a dinner!!!! That was unbelievable.

Good location is close to everywhere!

The bathroom they need to renovate it

Free breakfast was cold every day. It would be nice if you had a choice of breakfast instead of what they provide. Many days we skipped because it wasn’t something we would have ordered, either it was cold when served.

A little more inexpensive for what was offered, a few more appliances (rice cooker) in the room rather than a micro, fridge and a few plates with silverware. Only window was above the sink and it faced an outside wall, no outside light in the superior room. Superior rooms on the lower level floors instead of the top. No elevator - not in the advertisement! If it was we would have selected another place.
