Everything, The hotel is not clean enough, the shower beddings, everything is not good and above all the hotel staff ask me to pay for booking.com commission I pay more than what I booked. The hotel staff not even friendly, this hotel is big scam,

has Puregold and Mini Stop. very near St. Lukes can walk to Robi Ermita room is big staff is very accomodating and pleasant

No dialtone for in-room phone so every time I have a request, I have to go down to front desk. No refrigerator, no microwave. since they dont have a kitchen, they should have a ref and microwave in a common area. No water provided.
