The place is nice

This hotel is a gem! It's tucked away a bit from the city center, but it's perfectly located near all the major tourist spots. This is our second time staying here, and we'll definitely be back again and again. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. We especially loved the guy at the front desk (though I can't remember his name!). We would have appreciated if they provided hairdryer, as we prefer showering at night and the cool air from the electric fan doesn't dry our hair effectively. Everything else was top-notch! We spent 5 days and 4 nights here, and it was pure bliss. Even the staff at the nearby 7-11 were so kind and welcoming – truly a great experience all around. For us, Casa Bel Inn is the best! It's worth every penny and more. We'll be back!

Just to clarify, this isn't a complaint, just a friendly suggestion for our next visit. We're already planning a return trip for the Panagbenga Festival, and these little tweaks would make our stay even more perfect! ✅It would be great if there were a hairdryer available, as we like to shower at night. ✅It would also be helpful to have at least two chairs in the room. ✅It was a bit noisy with other guests, even late at night. Perhaps a reminder that voices should be kept down after a certain hour would be helpful, as some guests might be trying to rest. ✅Finally, it would be nice to have a kettle for hot water and two mugs in the room.
