"Hotel Carlito is an unexpected beauty in tagaytay, both the guest room and the restaurant."

The hotel is beautiful. Room is very spacious and modern:

The shower glass partition leaks to the floor leaving the floor of the toilet bowl area wet. We had to use our towels to dry the floor, so I could step out of the shower without my feet getting wet.

The hotel is in a great location, the fittings and overall decor of the hotel is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A particular mention to Annalyn and Alex who were very helpful. I asked the hotel for a special room setup as it was our wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond to give us a special treat for our anniversary. My wife was very surprised and delighted. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Tagaytay. We will definitely be returning.

The food alone. L

The garage is too steep and no guard assisted in the parking. My car slided and went uncontrolled that bumped the plant box.
