"Beautiful facade. Need to provide staff a good Hoover to use as broom not good on carpet."

Nice big rooms and balconies.

Assigned room wasn’t clean. Gave us another room and had to ask then to Hoover that. Thereafter this is a nice hotel except that the pool is tiny and dirty and the gym treadmill belts slip making them dangerous to use.

Nice new hotel, very clean and well looked after. Lovely big comfortable rooms. Handy for town centre, 5 minutes walk to the Main Street.

Very friendly mga stuff. Spacious parking lote, coffee and restaurant food taste good and reasonable price. Compare other place. Love the view of roof deck. Love this hotel feel so comfort. Easy access to mall and other places in tagaytay.

The room is not clean enough. some part in desk has a few dust. Minimal only

The place is underrated. It's actually a comfy place for good value. Food selection at breakfast wasn't the best but still good enough. The staff are warm and accommodating as well. The package I requested was surprisingly great too.

The WiFi was not fast and tends to get interrupted a lot. The room TV had nothing on and doesn't have any AirPlay compatibility so I wasn't able to stream shows on the big screen.

Booked it for my parents and they loved the place a lot! Has a nice ambience - very chic, staff are all accommodating and attentive. Serves great breakfast and early!

I understand the need for damage deposit so it’s alright
