Wrong booking of rooms. I booked for deluxe and family rooms how come it didnt reflect on the system? We were offered standard rooms instead. I brought my entire family for an over night stay and you offered me standard rooms?! What went wrong? I paid for the 3 other rooms but got disappointed for the service you have. Never again!
