"Helpful friendly staff"

Location

Had to cross the road for breakfast. The AC in the room was very noisy and even though we turned ours off you could still hear next doors.

"Overall it was good except for the airport transfer"

Location- Hotel is close to restaurants and shops. transportation is very accessible.

The airport transfer- I strongly suggest that if guests who fails to show up within 20 - 30 mins. time frame on the scheduled pick up time should be canceled but charged regardless. Please don’t risk the lives of your other guests and drivers trying to drive 10 times the speed limit to get the airport only bec of these feeling entitled guests of yours are expecting everyone to wait for them.

"Good location for a short stay."

Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and close to the front for boat trips. Hotel organised the boat trips and use a great tour company which we really enjoyed.

The room we had was on the bottom floor so there was no balcony or outdoor area - this made drying clothes quite difficult.
