Staff could be more attentive. Booked a trip for 2 people and paid for 2 people. Van arrived and was only booked for 1 person. Bathroom infested with ants, going into toiletries. Cannot fill water bottles as water cooler always empty.

Breakfast is not enough for one person

There is a karaoke near to the hotel and they have loud music until 3am, so it's hard to sleep

Nice location, in the center, 2 minutes from the tours departure and close to all the restaurants

The beds are very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The towels looked dirty and old. The worst part overall is the aircon, it makes so much noise it is impossible to fall asleep with it on, which is terrible because it's always very hot. You can also hear all the noise from the street because you literally open the door of the room and you are almost outside. The wifi never worked.

The service had answers to every question, always helping, it is safe, and the location is very central.

Too much noise, litterally 0 insonorisation, not cleaned, stink in the evening, facilities are below minimum standard

The location was perfect. In the main street but not noisy. There is hot water.

The aircon is extremely noisy. The rooms and the toilet are not very spacious.
