Cool location in a safe and quiet local environment, with schools, church and a small fresh market. But still only 10 mins from bustling P Burgos. Also Rockwell is just a stone throw away (literally!) Don't forget the free ferry from Hulo to areas such as Chinatown and Intramuros

Needs a little bit of maintenance. No lift to the top floor with premium rooms.

I like the staff. They were nice

The internet was not functioning on the first day of my stay. However, after inquiring about the issue, it was promptly resolved. The mattress was excessively firm, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, as the walls of the bathroom were visibly soiled.

Really gorgeous hotel! Huge room, lovely and clean. We stayed here to recharge before our flight out of Philippines and it was perfect. Lovely coffee shop connected to reception and a restaurant on the opposite side! Exactly what we needed

It’s a great hotel in makati ! The personnels were very friendly and nice, the rooms were very confortable and had great designs and amenities. 100% recommended !
