Where to start… cheap, uncomfortable furniture. Mouldy ceilings. Ultra thin towels. Dirty walls. Awkward art…

Havitat Boutique Hotel is a small property, 500 meters away from PowerPlant Mall. I initially booked for a loft room, but the size of the bed was just right for two persons (140 cm), so the front desk managed to transfer us to a Deluxe king room. The Deluxe room was big enough, comfortable with a huge TV set, an Expresso Machine and a nice refrigerator. Staffs were polite and helpful. Wifi was good enough for our phones but not sufficient to supply the Smart Tv.

The room soundproofing was mediocre, and we could here the outside exhaust fans and the kids in the nearby school. Room condition and cleanliness would deserve some more attention. Careful any stain or damage will be deducted from your 1,000 Pesos initial deposit. The hotel restaurant only opens at lunch time, so no breakfast at the property.

Very noisy in the morning. I can hear all conversations in the street and I am on the second floor

There was smell in one of the rooms we had, smells like septic tank, awful smell
