hotel staff were disrespectful to the elders,and were placed on the 3rd floor,elevator was not functioning,deceiving advertisements,very dirty, scammers

the worst hotel i had experienced. we even wanted to to file a case against them.we like to suggest that you must remove them in your hotel list

The room is okay, but water from the rain entering inside the room. The sink, toilet bowl, and shower are not clean properly. There are yellow stains wherever you look inside the comfort room. But staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Staff hospitality including the guard However we were given only one set of shampoo and conditioner nothing extra for the other person, the air conditioner is old and broken There is no set of toothbrush and toothpaste
