Clean room, location was good, peaceful environment. Hotel facilities staff and people on reception were helpful.

It's not about dislike but they should have a room refrigerator if possible, complementary drinks like water initially.. Also dining facilities should be provided because it's difficult to have meals in the room.

Rooms and ambiance

The receptionist deceived us by refusing to honor the price from Booking.com and altered it on the spot. The customer service was lacking, and they need to improve their ethical standards. Additionally, I didn't find any support from them.
